FYI: my last name changed so will not be a record of coming to doctor. Step daughter was seen. Forget my complaint I've seen several reviews that state near what I would of said .. point is beware my complaint stayed up over 4yrs and not one "view" I believe some reviews are deleted or they have ability to make the complaint invisible. So in actuality the review score is much lower than a 4.4 Just know to look through all reviews and read each one to see a pattern... Then decide about making decisions to seen by this office.
The absolute best place to go!!! They always answer all of my questions quickly and get me in when needed. This is my first pregnancy, so I have a lot of questions and they always put me at ease!! The best staff that I appreciate so much!
Called this office to see if they are taking new clients 5 times already all on different days. I tried getting with Dr Hartman and Dr Arnold but all of there staff sucks. They do not answer the phone even in business hours, left a voicemail and they still have not got back to me. If you are not taking any new clients it’s not that hard to do your job and tell people. Unreliable and disorganized.
