It would be helpful if your website clearly stated that you are not accepting new patients at this time. Scheduling an appointment has been extremely difficult, and I have had to call multiple times, often reaching only voicemail. This can be frustrating and discouraging for potential patients.
The best OB/GYN in the world I love her soooo much. She is a blessing to me and my family and I am grateful that she delivered my second girl.
Let me start by saying Dr. Arnold is incredibly nice, however, the experiences I've had at this facility are incredibly unprofessional and therefor I'll be going to a different office from now on. My most recent visit included a follow up appointment that when I called the office the person scheduling was so rude I almost just hung up. Dr. Arnold recently delivered our daughter and I could not have asked for a more companionate, knowledgeable, caring doctor for my first pregnancy. Her office staff, nurses, and PAs were also wonderful. The only downside is sometimes a longer wait during office visits, but it’s worth it every time. She will answer every question you have patiently and never make you feel rushed. The best doctor ever, she’s so sweet and kind and listens to every single concern with out brushing it off. I’ve never had such a connection with a doctor like I do her. She is the best of the best and I recommend her to EVERYONE!
