Went to schedule a new patient exam through Zoc Doc and the office failed to call me until the day of an hour before my scheduled appointment to tell me that she did not have any new patient exams until the end of October. If you’re going to be listed on something like Zoc Doc, then you should probably have accurate information before people waste time and gas driving to your office.
