My dad is dialysis patient, has been for several years. Dr. Shepard has Never told my father about receiving a kidney transplant. She has Always been nonchalant, negative Never positive on my father’s situation. He has always gone for his dialysis treatments (3 days a wk), last week Dr. Shepard told him if he wants to stop that it’s ok for her that she will notify hospice to be on the lookout for him. I thought she was very caring and informative. She was very patient with my husband and spoke in terms that we could both understand. We left her office with a better understanding of his condition than with all the visits with his former physician . Very friendly office staff also. I was very impressed and highly recommend her.
