She is so sweet!!! 🥹 Dr Sterbutzel and Folkawski made my first pregnancy a dream. I am so happy and calm EVERYTIME I visit the office. Sometimes we have to wait a little extra, but this is not a complain, you never know what other patients are going through so BE PATIENT. I started seeing Dr. Falkowski at the Great River Northwell office a few months ago after becoming pregnant. Dr. Falkowski is so kind and knowledgeable. She has excellent bedside manner, which means a lot to me as I struggle with some health anxiety. She delivered my baby this January. I appreciate her so much. While I was a fearful mess she was calm ,informative, patient and kind. This was my second child but my first was with a different doctor and during Covid. It went terribly. So I was really scared. I am so glad she was my doctor this time. It was a much better experience. I would suggest her to my friends and family without hesitation. She was also so kind to my son when he came with to my prenatal appointments. Labor is unpredictable, and mine came with a few unexpected complications. In the middle of it all, Dr. Falkowski was calm, supportive, and gave me clear, reassuring guidance every step of the way. She ultimately delivered my baby safely, and having her there for such a special moment in my life was a joy. I am so grateful to have had her as my doctor.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited four weeks for my initial prenatal appointment, only to have the office cancel it 20 minutes before I was supposed to be seen. I had a very hard time getting off work and explained this to them when making the appointment and only had an appointment for me another day during work hours or 3 weeks away.
