Dr. Laura Addler is an excellent professional and very pleasant with her patients; she is highly recommended. However, I must say that the wait time at the office is longer than expected, but what is truly "horrible" is the attitude of the person at the reception window,that is unacceptable.

My candid experience with this podiatry office: I was a patient here for about a year, and there are several consistent issues worth noting. Appointments routinely run an hour behind, which feels disrespectful of patients’ time and makes visits unnecessarily inconvenient. Although my insurance paid in full for my treatments, their billing company repeatedly sent me invoices for charges that had already been covered.
