My husband went for hospice respite - the care was so poor that I ended up pulling him out early! He was supposed to have a refigerator in his room, 3 days later he still didnt have one. The main nurse was very rude and seemed like she hated her job. When I found out the 2nd day that they had not given him any of his meds I tried to get the nurse to question in, it took 2 hours to get a nurse to his room, then they said whoever checked him in didnt do it properly so they didnt have his meds on file. If you just like to sit in for a financial transaction this is the place for you. Staff is also highly incompetent IMO and also admit they are severely understaffed. If you rely on prescriptions I wish you a lot of luck getting them, as it usually takes at least 10 phone calls to get approved over a number of days and the doctors forget to renew even if you remind them.
Overall in office service is ok, but if you need prescriptions good luck. This place is severely understaffed and completely unorganized. If you need prescriptions allow at least 10 days and plan on several phone calls as they won't put refills on your chart at appointments even when requested each time. If you rely on prescriptions this is not the place to go as the practice is irresponsible and quite frankly dangerous.
Would have been a 0 if that was an option. Had my payment plan sent to collections in September. The lady I spoke to was, to say the least, very rude and unfriendly. Said there was nothing that could be done once it was sent to collections. Now, after 3 payments to the collection agency, it has been transferred back to Thedacare. What a joke. Billing department is awful. Can't wait to get to Ascension
ThedaCare thieves!!!!! My husband and I went in a week apart for wellness visits. All that was involved sat down for a little bit. Talk to the doctor got the history looked us over and was done. My husband needs to have a procedure and the doctor says we just use the Michael Jackson drug for you. I'm sorry you mean the one that killed him? Wow 100% inappropriate and unprofessional!!!! Brought our little girl here tonight and the staff were wonderful ! From Dr Hoye to the nurse to the 24 hr pharmacist! Nice and kid friendly staff , and not much of a wait ! Thank you !
Her nurse lied in MyChart. I presented the nurse with evidence (audio recording) and asked that the lies be corrected. I was ignored until my next appointment with Randhawa whose claws came out and on a day that I was my sickest, she lectured me on audio recordings not being allowed which I later discovered is also a big fat lie. Randhawa then decided to try to disparage me in my medical records as well. There are other oncologists who are not self serving egomaniacs just down the hall, ask for ANYONE besides Randhawa. Abysmal. I have wasted two lunch periods on hold waiting for someone to pick up. Thank God it is not an emergency or they would find my corpse 3 days later next to my phone while I am still on hold. You may wish to look elsewhere. I think I will.
