I think Laura Pfeil is an excellent PA - she was knowledgeable and took time to speak with me, answering all of my questions. If I have other gastro issues in the future, I will certainly visit her again!
I had an appointment. I checked in online, arrived before my appt time to a line of people at the check in counter. I had to still check in with the front desk. By the time I was called back to my room Dr Laura walks in then asks me to explain why Im here I start then she rudely cuts me off and tells me to hurry because Im already late like SO late my appt time is over. Now how is that my fault? Why would you fix your mouth to say that to me if I as your patient is such a timely inconvenience then why entertain me at all?! I... read more
