Attempted to use insurance to book an annual exam. Checked with insurance multiple times, and my plan confirmed I could have an annual per fiscal year. I made that very clear I wanted to do my annual exam, I scheduled as such. The day of the appointment, the office didn’t care and just billed it as a regular appointment and here I am now, 4 MONTHS later receiving a bill for copay….
I've been seeing Dr. Oswald for over 16 years now, and have always had a great relationship with her. She has seen me through some very difficult and painful times and can only thank her for all the effort on my health's behalf. She always listened to me, and we made decisions together.
I've been with Dr. Oswald for years and can't say enough wonderful things about her. She's very attentive, takes her time with me and listens to everything I have to say. I can't imagine going to anyone else! I highly recommend her.
Dr. Oswald is awesome! She knew I had some weird unexplained health issues and instead of doubting me or saying it was all in my head, she sent me to multiple specialists until we had a definitive answer. After numerous specialists, one finally found out what was wrong - I had an immune deficiency which was a huge indicator that I actually had an autoimmune disease process going on. I am thankful that she didn't give up on me and that she kept trying to help me. She is so smart, caring, & kind.
I’ve been going to Dr Oswald for a number of years. She is thorough, dedicated & compassionate. She notice a little bump in my neck during yearly examination. Turned out to be a cancerous nodule on my thyroid that has now been removed. That is a GOOD doctor.
40 mins past your appointment is pretty good to be seen Didn't seem to interested or engaged in my problem. Never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Will not be back.
I love her ability to talk with her patients and really shows she cares about them.
Had this doctor years ago and she was HORRIBLE! She doesn't listen to you. I heard her yelling at an elderly patient in the next room. She is the absolute worst doctor I ever had!!
I have been a patient with Dr. Oswald for many years. Unfortunately, my husband and I have moved to another state and I no longer am a recipient of her extraordinary care and medical expertise. Dr. Oswald was not only my caregiver but also my sounding board and, ultimately, my friend. I shall sorely miss her.
