My friend and I visited the Laura store today and were absolutely thrilled! A huge thank you to our consultant, Lisa, for her genuine smile, helpfulness, and professionalism. Lisa was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and guided us through everything, turning our shopping trip into pure pleasure. We left not only with great purchases but also in the best mood! We need more retail professionals like her who truly love what they do. Highly recommend!
I would give Teresa 100 stars if I could!! I went into the store looking for clothes for a conference. I have had two babies so I am not feeling like myself. I have also never shopped at Laura before. Teresa made this the most pleasant experience!! I felt like I was shopping with my best friend. She took hours helping me pick out and style outfits and gave me feedback on how they looked. I thought I may find 1-2 things, but I left with 6 new outfits!! Thank you, Teresa!!!

I met an extremely rude store manager when I went to return a formal dress that I'd purchased less than 24 hours before. Since this is not something I purchase regularly, I was not aware that I could only obtain a gift card as there is a different policy for returning formal wear vs other merchadise. She was hostile and condescending from the moment I mentioned I was making a return and seemed suspicious since I hadn't purchased the dress at that particular store.
