I met an extremely rude store manager when I went to return a formal dress that I'd purchased less than 24 hours before. Since this is not something I purchase regularly, I was not aware that I could only obtain a gift card as there is a different policy for returning formal wear vs other merchadise. She was hostile and condescending from the moment I mentioned I was making a return and seemed suspicious since I hadn't purchased the dress at that particular store. I was planning to shop for more than one thing , but the manager was very rude and was talking so bad with no respect to one of the employees there .. so I decided to just order one coat with my size to be delivered to my home and left the store . Was not a pleasant experience at All !
