Terrible service. Very rude, tried to exchange a gift I got, the lady at cash was not helpful at all. Worse Laura store, the others wouldn’t survive if they treated customers like this.
I had a wonderful experience at the store thanks to Cheryle. She was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Cheryle went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and made the entire shopping experience pleasant and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. Pretty limited plus size collection but other regular merchandise was good and different.
Elizabeth was amazing. She helped find me a beautiful dress for my work gala along with all the accessories. She took time to get to know exactly what I was looking for. She has excellent taste. I would Definitely return to the store for her advice for any future purchases. She is lovely. She made my shopping experience enjoyable.
