This woman Lauren took my order that I paid $236 for and she never sent it and never got my money back.She kept saying she refunded it and I never got my money.Beware people she is a high level scammer.No money was ever returned to me.Nothing. Imagine giving this woman my hard earned money and she keeps it with no hesitation and refuses to remedy the situation.Wicked.

Customer response is worse. They don’t respond phone calls neither text or email and funny things is they don’t have any product. Their website is always sold out.

I have been a loyal customer of Laur Skin Solutions. I purchased 3 items and paid for it via a pre paid card.Lauren gave me her word she would hold the products for me.Prior to that I made another purchase for $600 plus.One item was not sent although I paid for it.Lauren said she will refund me the item cost.I said please don't as I don't have the card.She then said she will send me an extra product in my next order.My next order was placed as I mentioned above.Her staff messed up the order and I spoke to Lauren physically o... read more

I feel like i wasted money on their products I’ve been using for 3 months and in winter by the way where there was no sunlight and followed the instructions. No change on my face or body it just didn’t work. I got the face cream, knuckle kit, illuminating and exfoliating body lotion
