Had such a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing customer service I received with Aliza! She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken cared of and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service, and she absolutely did.
This place doesn't take calls or respond to requests for information. They seem to operate on a VERY OLD and OUTDATED model where they say they will give/send you information or get in touch, but all they do is give your phone number to a salesman that will call, when he feels like it. I'm sorry I don't have time to sit and hope some drunk calls me on his schedule. They left one message with my answering service, no emails, no actual information.
