Do NOT buy LAUNDRYLUX equipment. My experience with this company has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. From the sales representative up to company leadership, they behaved irresponsibly, showed a complete lack of ethics, and refused to address serious machine failures. After a washer was installed improperly at my store it flooded, causing significant damage — and LAUNDRYLUX refused to accept responsibility or reimburse me for repairs. Good machines, bad service. Three brand new dryers broke down for whole month. Notified the salesman. No one comes to fix them. The machines are still under part and labor warranty. One more time, I’m very frustrated with this company. I ordered two coins machines in February 2022. On January 5, they called me and tell me to come to pick up the machines.It took me two hours to get there and they told me that my machines are not in yet. Waste my times and gas.
