Employee called the POLICE on me because I rinsed my laundry detergent bottle too many times. Two times for the record. I placed my clothes on the floor then placed in the machine. While doing so the employee began to sweep then mop my clothes. I asked for a moment to finish then you can continue. It was disregarded. Once machines were started laundry soap was added. First time here 8/2025 parking lot too small. I struggle to find parking. Second I had to look around the whole laundromat to find the staff. Third the washers and dryers fixed to make you spend a lot of money. Overall, staff not knowledgeable on how washers work and the capacity they hold. They are rude, not friendly or helpful. They're always on their phone or chatting with friends. Washers leave clothes dirty and dryers leave your clothes damped! Rude night shift older lady. If there is one thing that needs to be done is change the hours online & on the doors. Hours say from 6-12am with last wash being at 10. My understanding is if you make it before 10 you get to wash to be done by 12am not completely shut down at 10pm. Lady came off rude & told me to “read right”, in that case make signs saying you close at 10pm with last load being at 8pm so that you’re completely shut down by 10pm….
