Always a clean environment and employees are nice. Probably need to replace that card machine, very annoying when it’s time to reload.
HORRIBLE! I have never felt so disrespected & discriminated against. Yesterday 12/18/25 around 5pm, an older Spanish attendant was working the shift. My elderly mother made a couple of spills of laundry detergent on the floor as she was pouring it into the machine. So I went to ask the attendant while she was sitting cozied in the back office watching her phone if she had a mop. She asked me why. & walked out with me so I could show her where the spills were. I leave this review because this is my usual laundromat. I love that there are clean soap dishes, tidy bathrooms and floors. I wish they had more seating chairs or areas. Today 7/7/25, the laundry attendant has half of the store closed off and the open sign shut off all before 9pm which is the last wash. We are forced to not be able to use the bathroom, dry or use other washers out side of what is accessible. Which forces customers to wait on washers and dryers. The place is clean the machines do a good job. My only complaint is that they should have automatic doors it makes entering and exiting so much easier for all people including a handicapped person. They owner should look into having this done.
