Initially washer #5, payment done and it started spinning for few minutes before it stopped abruptly with error. Then I switched to washer #4, again payment done and it spun for 3-4 minutes before it stopped abruptly again with error message. Tried calling the hotline multiple times to get the issue resolved but went unanswered. As I need clean clothes urgently, as a last resort I tried using washer #2 and again it stopped abruptly after few minutes. In total I've wasted RM25 and the clothes are not even washed. Clean and well organised laundry. Easy to use machines. Self service machine and also has an in store barber whilst you wait.
Walking distance from Sleeping Lion Suites. The shop is spacious with a sufficient number of washers and dryers. Payment is a breeze — you can scan the QR code or pay by cash. However, there is a need to improve the cleanliness of the washers and dryers, especially around the rims.
