The owner is kind, and the service is excellent!
Please stay away from this laundromat. They are rude and unprofessional. There is man man that work there in his late 40’s that lost his mind. They will turn off machines in the middle of your wash. Bad customer service. I am actually regretting giving them one star
Hoy 01/19/2025 vine con mi esposa por primera vez. Cambié en la máquina un billete de 20 y uno de 5 y solo me cambió el billete de 20. La encargada me dijo que yo me equivoqué y solo puse 20 por que la máquina no fallaba. Dijo que no tenía cámaras de seguridad y yo vi que si tiene. Dijo también que no podía reembolsarme los 5 dolares. Por este tipo de cosas este negocio esta vacío. Que desagradable visita tuvimos. NO volveremos aquí jamás. Hay un servicio muy malo. No recomiendo este negocio.
Rude staff not welcoming. UPDATE!!!! in response to owner. I walked in with a backpack full of laundry so idk what the owner is talking about . Before I was able to take a look around and have a seat owner asked me to leave in a very rude tone. Seems not to like a particular race of people. As he was being very friendly to the other people in the laundry-mat.
