Excellent customer service Debra was very attentive in helping me with the machines.
I've been using the drop off wash and fold at this location for a couple months now never been dissatisfied. I had a new customer service professional take care of me her name is Deborah. This lady was over the top the best I've ever dealt with there I didn't have to wait she came to zooming over to the counter anticipated my needs and took care of me in a way that I would take care of my customers at my job thank you Deborah and I hope your bosses see this.

Nancy was amazing. Took care of me. She was very friendly not like always coming here.
All though this place has great reviews which motivate me to visit the place. Sad to say I am disappointed.I paid for a laundry full service on washing and folding my clothes and I was told my laundry would be ready at 9:30pm and when I showed up it was not ready I had to come home and do my own folding which is a service I paid for but I had to do it on my own time which was what I was trying to avoid since I was on a time crunch.
