BY far the worst customer experience I have ever witnessed at a wash n dry laundromat. I have been a customer for about 4 years now. Recently I have noticed an extreme change in customer service from one of their employees named Sheila. She gives you an attitude when you arrive for the wash n fold service. She is constantly complaining to customers about being overworked and underpaid. Every time I go to laundry busters I feel like one employee name Shelia is always complaining about her job how she is overworked and underpaid as a customer you should not be complaining about a job she should be very thankful she even has a job and she screws up most of the time I'll take my clothes either somewhere else or just start doing it myself in my apartment I'm tired of the drama I'm tired of being mistreated and abused

Was very helpful ! We were able to leave some clothes to be washed and picked up later in the day. Service was very fast, clothes were also folded, and great pricing, very much appreciated.

Professional, friendly and fairly priced considering the quality of their work. I used their pick-up service. My laundry was picked up in the afternoon and returned the next day. All of my laundry was appropriately folded or on hangers as needed. I requested no "perfumy" detergents or softener, and my clothes were returned perfectly clean smelling and soft. Everyone I dealt with, from management to the delivery person were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am a repeat customer.

The place is nice, tidy, affordable, and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Shoutout to Lana!
