Ivet provided a great service. We dropped off 3 king comforters with Ivet. I was somewhat hesitant because of a bad experience I had at another laundry mat with a very expensive comforter that was damaged. Ivet was a pro and knew exactly how to handle the type bedding to prevent damage similar to what happened to me in the past. She was attentive and kind. I’ve washed a ton of clothes a few times at this place and I love it. The women are super helpful. Ivet specifically was beyond helpful in giving tips, super entertaining and funny. She is beyond amazing and professional. Thank you so much ivet!!!!

Ivet creates such a great environment at this laundromat. She’s incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, and always attentive. Any time I have a question or concern, she’s more than happy to assist.
