Great facility. Machines work and location was clean
Horrible experience. Every other machine (wash or dry) doesn’t work— I spend $5 on a dryer that didn’t even dry my clothes. (Dryer 19) & my previous experience I used the max load dryer w 2 loads of clothes & my clothes still weren’t fully dry after 35 min… don’t come here w high expectations at all. Update; (Feb 28th) I went back about a month ago and all the machines were fixed.
From out of town for the day and brought my laundry because Saturdays are my day to wash.. this place is not the best. Exchange dollars from the coin machine and it did not give me the correct change. Put my clothes in one of the washers and it did not work. Put clothes in another washer and it was leaking water all over the floor. Put clothes in the dryer, and there is no distinction that tells you how much minutes you are getting for each quarter. What a great place! The location is very convenient, and we never have to wait for a washer or dryer. The change machine is always working, which is a huge plus. Most importantly, it feels safe and secure. Once, we accidentally left a bag of groceries behind and found it untouched two hours later. That honesty speaks volumes about this place. Always meets our expectations!
