From out of town for the day and brought my laundry because Saturdays are my day to wash.. this place is not the best. Exchange dollars from the coin machine and it did not give me the correct change. Put my clothes in one of the washers and it did not work. Put clothes in another washer and it was leaking water all over the floor. Put clothes in the dryer, and there is no distinction that tells you how much minutes you are getting for each quarter. What a great place! The location is very convenient, and we never have to wait for a washer or dryer. The change machine is always working, which is a huge plus. Most importantly, it feels safe and secure. Once, we accidentally left a bag of groceries behind and found it untouched two hours later. That honesty speaks volumes about this place. Always meets our expectations!
Worst laundromat ever! Don‘t go there! We wanted to do our laundry there on July 12th. We put all our laundry in the maschine, paid and added the detergent. Suddenly the maschine showed an error, locked our clothes and nothing worked anymore. We called the store‘s emergency number but nobody answered. About 10 minutes later we received a backcall from Wendy and were told that nobody can come because the Boss was in Miami and she (Wendy) couldn‘t come now.
