If you are going to close at 9:00 PM, please change the sign at the entrance. I arrived at 9:00 to do my laundry, and a young woman—who looked to be of Asian descent—told me that they were already closed, even though the last wash cycle is supposed to start at 9:45 PM. She wouldn't let me proceed. I have now had two horrible experiences here, and I will not be coming back; I had already given you a second chance. This refers to the young woman who was working the night shift today, April 7th.

I had the absolute best experience at this laundry mat. It is very clean and the washers and dryers are all up to date. My washer has been down for a little over a week and with my busy schedule I didn't have time to sit in a laundry mat all day. I saw that they offered the wash, dry, and fold service so I took advantage of that and I'm SO GLAD I did. I went in when they opened and was greeted and helped by Michelle. I have used this location multiple times. It’s busy, but kept very tidy. The staff is always ready to help.
