Everytime I come into laundrolab anytime I have any questions or issues there is a wonderful young lady who helps she is always pleasant and kind and such a hard worker Veronica is the best

La verdad siempre me gusta venir a esta lavandería pero el personal que an puesto no es muy amable yo llegué tipo 9:25 hoy 05/16/26 y la señora que me atendió cuando le pregunté el código me respondió de mal modo y ni tan siquiera me brindó el código para pasar creo que en eso deberían de mejorar un poco más en la atención al cliente uno paga no llega a pedir gratis nada
I really do like this location, the large washers and dryers, the cleanliness. However, my visit on 5/13 was very uncomfortable. I arrived around 6:45 as soon I begin loading in washer#1 the employee came to that aisle and began I guesschecking the money trays and somewhat cleaning. It became a bit overbearing because as a paying customer I started to feel like I was in her way. As soon as my load started she closed the aisle at 7pm with the black strap.
