I want to love it but NO ONE CLEANS UP after themselves!!! It's very disappointing. I spend half of the time allotted to rinsing out and scooping out dog hair. My dog barely sheds so please people do better!!! My dog deserves better. Also the water was too hot and Im used to very hot water from work...
This place was filthy. Hair all over the floors. Wash centers full of hair trash in the centers and all over the floor. The smell was horrible. The door said they opened at 7am. I was there at 7:10am. Whoever opened at 7am had to have seen this. This place could be so much more with daily cleaning and checking in. Shame on those that used and didn’t clean up after themselves. I could say more but I am looking for a clean sanitary place to wash my dog.
Good place for dogs, idk who could give this a one star. For the price and lack of having to clean your own tub esp with a bigger dog, it's perfect
Ok Food bit bland
It was a dump!! It was filthy, both tubs were clogged, it stinks to high heaven. They use a really cheap shampoo and conditioner. If I hadn't been dropped off before I walked in I would have lefts.
