We currently have five professional groomers, who specialize in all breed grooms and will groom your dog "just the way you like it." All pets are groomed with a tender touch to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. Older, arthritic and extra large dogs will be quite comfortable in our "Special needs" area. I made an appointment for my dog on Saturday. I didn’t get a call to confirm. I didn’t really think much of it. I went on Saturday, there were also other people that were told they had an appointment. On the door it said they are opened Tuesday-Saturday. They were closed, they didn’t call anyone to cancel or explain what happened. I’ve been trying to call since they opened on Tuesday, no answer and can’t leave a voicemail since it is full.
They cut the entire tip of my dogs ear off!!!!! Nydia retired and does not run the shop anymore, the new owner is horrible, do NOT bring your dog here. Details below; Nydia was great, she was detailed and always knew what was going on. Mugsy is always excited when we pull up in front of your shop. During shut down we had to go elsewhere Mugsy wasn't happy and neither was I but now your open I will be making a appointment tomorrow. Thanks from us all.
Brought my dog in for a nail trim. She had never been to a groomer before and he was great with her and I plan on taking her back.
