This place is unattended, there's no water to wash your hands, restroom is locked, there's no one to assist with any issues! They have 40 washer's And 15 off theme are broken, most of them they don't have a sign or any type of label, notifying that machine is broken or out of service They have 40 dryers And 18 of them are broken Washer's and dryer's are really dirty inside and outside
Not surprised they changed the name Pathetic. The owner here is very rude & her employees! Before getting the name change & removed, I came here to wash & dry, suddenly some girl with black hair, white skin,tall big girl around 20s, that works here came up to me and told me if I was washing or drying here I said both! she thought I was just drying here, she then called her boss, saying I was going to be CHARGED 30$ for just washing according to them!?, & that she saw through the cameras! They always have a lot of dryers broken so u kinda gotta wait for available ones if it's busy. Besides that the place is nice and always clean.
