I used 2 machines 1 stop working mid cycle.I informed the attendant and showed them the picture, and they told me I had to pay to rewash the clothes in a different machine. This is unacceptable.
I love going to this place. The ladies that work there i get along with very well. I love the fact you don't have to make change for the amount of clothes and dryers I have to use. So using a card is very convenient for me. Some dryers have a hard time reading the cards so it takes a few swips for the dryers to get going.
