Abbey loves them We have been taking our dog there for a couple of years. They do a great job and she's so soft and clean when we pick her up. She is excited when she gets there and gets to play with other dogs if possible. Wouldn't take her anywhere else!

Extremely Happy Customer I took my three dogs in on Saturday to have them groomed. I asked that they be shaved for the summer. All three of the dogs look awesome, and Michelle went above and beyond for us. Thank you Thank you Thank you. You guys are AWESOME!

I told them not to cut my dogs hair. Don't Go to the Laund-Ur-Mutt in Fort Collins. I used to be a loyal customer and have always been charged $48 when I got my puppy groomed here. They upped the charge to $60. I told them not to cut her hair. When I came to pick her up they had chopped of almost everything. They gave her a horrible hair cut. love them I have taken my dogS here for years all the girls are extremly nice and treat my dogs like one of there own they let me stay when a was nervous about leaving them and they got the cut I wanted just perfect there new building is amazing hands down the cleanest and nicest groom store around and they dont over charge me ever. More then Happy Customer WOW!! Ive been brining me my dog to the girls for five years now and they treat him like family. He gets to run around and play if possible and always looks like a new dog when I pick him up. Brandie and the girls are wonderful groomers and i wouldnt take him anywhere else.Love you Guys!!!!!

AVOID this place I don't know if the workers here have changed or what but this place has gone downhill fast. We used to be very pleased but the last 3 times we have been there, something has gone terribly wrong. The workers do not seem very skilled. The haircuts are not what we asked for. I kept taking them back hoping they would do a nice job like they used to but it's just been a waste of money. Also, on our smaller dog, I'm sure they cut him during grooming. Not good news When dropping my dogs off, the staff seemed very rude and unpersonable. They tried to rush me into a decision on how to groom them. When receiving the call that my dogs were done they told me, word for word, "Come get your damn dogs". I got no explanation to why they had such an attitude but I did notice when I got home that my female dog had almost half her ear cut off! They did not tell me this when I picked up my dogs. Dissapointed I had brought my Bichon here a few times, but in September they said she bit at them and groomed her like a POODLE. My dog is 8 years old and has never bit at anyone. Groomers should know the difference between a poodle cut and a bichon cut as well.
