Had the pleasure of dealing with Scott and Chris directly. Chris really went above and beyond helping us navigate our way through the entire process being a brand new business, in a brand new industry to us. 10/10 would recommend
Experience was not good, communication was absolutely terrible. Took over 6 months to get first batch of product, and now have been waiting for 6 weeks just for a response back on the return of our raw materials. To respond to the response: When we initially chatted with the Launchpad team we were told they they had hot fill capabilities, which is what we preform in our facility. We did our first canning run and these guys were great to talk us throught he requriements and the cans turned out great. Looking forward to more cans
Scott and Chris are a rare breed. They go out of their way to make the experience easy. Couldn’t believe how adaptable they were when we had to change our specs, and whenever I had a problem I didn’t know how to handle, Scott would pull out the Rolodex and make an intro to the right person in his vast network. Can hardly wait to work with them again!!
They just go ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way period! If that does not say it all, i don't know what will :) Thanks Chris and Scott and team!!!
