It was clean, organized, and the staff were on point. Didn't have to wait on service at all. It also has more to offer than all of the other jump Parks that we have been to.
Everything and everyone is wonderful
Fun story, we were there for our daughter's birthday party and a special balloon floated to the 40 ft ceiling. Mason and his team (with some duct tape and a long pole)helped us retrieve it and save the party! They went above and beyond to help us have another great experience at launching pad. Thank you Mason! We will be back!
