The Location is easy to find. Parking is just a short walk away in a privately owned underground garage that charges a reasonable fee. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I love the open access kitchen and free cold drinks! The offices i visited were very basic but nicely done. The exposed pipes and wires with no ceiling tiles was distracting but ok once i got used to it. Overall it seems like a nice place to work.
This is an attractive building, conviently located, with good parking. The amenities seem nice, the prices reasonable. For a small business, if the location works, it seems a fair choice.
