Great crew and ownership. Always a pleasure to deal with them, especially at the Boat Loft.
Had a terrible experience storing our boat over the winter. Was clearly not stored indoors(which we paid for) and was not properly summarized for us to take out. Trailer tires were so overfilled on our trailer that one of them blew on the highway on our way to the lake. When we try to contact the company to get any information or a refund, they will not call us back. I do not recommend this business for any boat service/maintenance/storage.
I've been meaning to write this for a while--better late than never! A couple years ago, I hired Launch Watersports to refurbish my boat. They had a fellow working for them at the time who was high on promises and low on delivery. Anyway, it turned out to be a very expensive disaster, and I ended up losing the use of my boat for an extended period of time. Ordered a replacement impeller and housing for my boat on a Saturday afternoon, they had it delivered by Tuesday… I’ll definitely be using Launch for parts and services from now on.
