Recently switched over to Launch - BEST CHOICE EVER! Customer service 5 I’ve been to other locations and plan on always coming back here because of the incredible team of employees you have. An employee, Madison, helped me resolve an issue this morning at your Norfolk branch and I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and taking her time with me. Love this place! Never banking anywhere else!
I just want to give a heartfelt thank you to Maddy at Launch in Hammock Landing. This was truly the best customer service I’ve ever received. She was not only polite but went above and beyond in helping me with my transaction. It might seem small, but I was having one of those really tough days where nothing seemed to go right—and her patience and positive attitude made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the kindness she showed me; it went a long way and turned my whole day around.
I had such a great experience at this branch! The staff was very friendly & I was greeted when I walked in. Felicia was wonderful she took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process simple and stress-free. It’s refreshing to walk into a bank where you feel welcomed. Highly recommend this location for excellent customer service!
The ladies at this branch are always smiling when you walk in, they always greet you, and sometimes people are having a bad day and the smiles brighten up my day. They always help no matter what always listen to our concerns. This branch is #1 in my book with a 5 star rating I recommend coming here for anything these ladies rock!!!..
