This was my “go to” branch when I lived closer and it was always great. Customers service was always great and I appreciate the ability to make an appointment for things that are a little more time consuming. The drive thru banking is also excellent. I love being able to stay in the vehicle, but get my banking tasks completed. Overall, an excellent branch of a good credit union.
Amazon you're standing with my account had occurred and the branch manager along with her training was very understanding to correct my account with me I came into the office with my complaint and they work with me to restore my account under 3 minutes they had replace my funds corrected my account with my other bank account and drop my fees and sent me on my way without any overdraft fees and very pleased with them in handling my accounts and I have turned all of my accounts over to them very personable and professional
