I feel better using a credit union than one of the banking giants. I've been a member of credit unions in the past and I always feel more like a person than just a number. Launch is easy to work with and their rates are FAR better than any huge banks I've ever dealt with. The staff (both in-bank and on the phone) is always kind, friendly, and helpful. I recently was purchasing my wife a new car and I was getting crazy rates through the dealers and called Felicia at launch in the west Melbourne branch and she took care of everything. I was approved within the hour and she went above any beyond for my wife and I,as well as the rest of the staff who helped us, everyone was super friendly and I highly recommend them for your needs
