Im a member of a partner credit union. I tried to exchange 6 one dollar bills for rolls of nickels and was told they cant exchange cash for cash. I then requested to withdraw the nickels from my account and it required so many steps I left in frustration. What good is a partner business when it cant complete a simple cash for cash transaction? Very disappointed
