Met Ashley today, a banking officer who helped me open an account, printed out some checks for me and even supplied me with a Debit card right there on the spot. The whole thing was seamless, took about 15 minutes of my time. Simply amazing! Ashley… thank you for helping an old man out today. You had answers for all my questions and made it happen. Thank you for going the distance. You ROCK!
This branch has been nothing but helpful to me. Ashely opened a business account for me with launch a year ago and has address any problems along the way to create less stress on me. All the employees are very personal and provide a positive environment. I look forward to the end of the week when I make my stop at launch to deposit checks. Highly recommend!!

Not only do I look forward to Friday as the beginning to the weekend, but I also look forward to going to Launch Federal Credit Union to see what I consider my favorite person who works there. Ms. Selena S. She always greets me with her beautiful smile and lovely personality! Selena always asks how my family is doing and what plans we have for the weekend.
