Selena has helped me numerous times and is always so professional and helpful. She is a total asset to Launch. Ashley has also been excellent at helping me navigate a survivor benefit check from my late husband, setting up a money market account, a home equity loan and a auto loan. She is a ray of sunshine! Love both of these women!
This is the most professional business. The employees are polite, curious, professional, and amazing people. I am so glad I moved to Launch. Very friendly here, always go above and beyond.
Employees in this branch are rude. They lied in my face about my money then froze my acct where I cant touch my money, charged me nsf fees even though i have the money. Treat people without alot of money like crap especially when they all the sudden have money.
