I had a sit down with Tricia Williams the branch manager and she thoroughly outlined all the information I need with the issue I was having and Jason Cohen is phenomenally well rounded in explaining what certain terms mean. 10/10 experience

Had a very good experience at Launch Credit Union. Jason Cohen Asst Manager went above and beyond on a transaction. I am not even a member at this bank. His professionalism and follow up has impressed me to want to make Launch Credit Union my bank.
Disgusted with this credit Union. I tried to request a home improvement loans and they wanted to take My credit card balance away which is 0. Then charge me 12.5 percent instrest. That would mean they would make $3,500 on instrest along. What a total RIP off. I will definitely be closing my accounts real soon. What they offered me was a total INSULT AND A DISGRACE TO SAY THE LEAST
