The young ladies at this branch (MFF, KSC) are all fabulous. They are always quick to greet me and help me with whatever I need. I visit at least every 2 weeks and love the service and friendly staff. This is why I chose this credit union after having a bank for 22 years. Much better off with you. Thanks again for being so helpful.
I am new to Launch and had a wonderful experience working with Ilia. She helped me process all the paperwork for my transaction and walked me through the steps several times to make sure I understood. She went above and beyond with communication, and it made my transaction very smooth! Grateful for her!
