I recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from the Used Cars at Toyota in Launceston and to say my experience was amazing would be an understatement. I bought a quality used car from Launceston Toyota in September last year. I was lucky enough to deal directly with DC, who is the Sales Manager. Absolute legend to deal with! A few of the other sales team chipped in throughout the process when DC wasn’t available, and all were extremely welcoming and helpful! Terrible service from Mazda and Toyota, went to get our car valued that was purchased from them and very rude from the staff when asking about the car. Did not tell us they were test driving us just took it. Left us in the rain for 30 minutes whilst they ‘got their manager’. Tried to talk to the person who test drove the car but too busy staring at their phone and walked away. Would steer clear of this place if at all possible and go somewhere else that is more friendly.
