This place is a rip off they charge 300 dollars for a 2 min appointment that was not even relevant also they want money over the phone before a appointment this place needs to be investigated .
I don't usually review but, given the ongoing problems, I feel that I need to. The services are great and the staff friendly but the booking system is appalling. The email, text, phone communications are a nightmare. The left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing and the third party they have employed apparently frequently stuffs up anything booked or changed over the phone. Trying to sort out issues or report illness on the day of an appt over the phone is difficult because the wait time is long and the ca... read more
