Saw David for my foot issue and he was fantastic from start to finish. He was punctual, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he proposed and why. I'm so grateful someone suggested I see him. Margaret
Have been going to this practice for about two years for my young child's orthotics. The staff are very attentive and patient, adjustments are always spot on and done quickly. Highly recommend.
Not a good experience. Specific about my needs, and whom I needed to see, I was ignored. Seen by another "specialist" who didn't listen to a word I said. There was a lot of time wasting, and a recommendation for a splint I knew from experience was going to cause epic issues. That experience was ignored completely. Shown the draft of the letter that was their recommendation to NDIS only to note it was SOMEONE ELSES letter, albeit superbly written 🤬! I have found Anton and the office staff at Launceston Orthotic and prosthetics to be extremely helpful and understanding. No question is a problem and my first prosthetic from Anton has been the best prosthetic I have owned in my 4 years as an amputee. Thanks for all you have done for me and may it continue long into the future. Denis.
