Brought a car here today, customer service was great. Scott was helpful and even presented the car with a cover and a big bow !! Super happy and definitely recommend to anyone to buy a car through this place.
Had my car serviced. Asked if there were any issues and told them there’s a squeaking noise on start up, sounded like a belt possibly. When I got it back I asked if they fixed the noise and they had no idea what I was taking about. Called them back afterwards when I heard the noise hadn’t been fixed and they told me I’d have to spend $192 for diagnostics after just spending $500 on an oil change and filters. If I didn't have a warranty through them I’d never go back.
Had a great experience purchasing a car here today. Scott provided exceptional customer service and made the whole purchasing process very smooth. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership, and I felt very well looked after. Scott explained all aspects of the purchasing process thoroughly and I was most impressed with his service. The other staff I dealt with briefly were also very friendly and professional.
