Zalman was lovely, my daughter’s ears were really blocked and Zalman very patiently took the time to get all the wax out. It was difficult but she was great and succeeded in making Matilda feel comfortable
Was painless and quick, the lovely lady who suctioned my ears was very kind and gentle. I was in and out in a few minutes, will definitely be going back in the future.
