Wait time was very reasonable,staff were friendly and professional. After triage I was seen by a doctor in a very reasonable time frame nd treatment/care and information was great
I do want to mention that the lady at reception was incredibly polite, welcoming and lovely. She was a great representative of the clinic and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The doctor I saw was quite dismissive. The moment she saw me, before doing a physical examination, she pointed out that I was on day 5 of a 10-day virus. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The doctor and nurse that we saw were incredibly thorough and the wait time was fairly minimal.
