Services & charges are not transparent, and dishonest. Recently, got charged extra on the invoice for a service they did not provide re: the fuel tank. Previously, they explained that the tank needs to be 1/4 full or less for diagnostics. Upon bringing the car back the second time, with less than 1/8 of fuel, they declined servicing again, saying that there needs to be less fuel again. Purchased a new Mazda 6 dealt with Monica absolute gem i couldnt rate her highly enough. Really happpy car etc My problems begin when i get accessories fitted , tow bar wasnt done proper . wire harrness also inside the car how inconvenient ?, scratches your paint or you drive with the boot open? what is that. Great friendly service
This review is not about the showroom service but rather about one of the manager/property owner. The main road (Hobart road) in front of the showroom often gets crowded and people use the road through the showroom to avoid traffic rush. When we entered into the showroom we saw that the exit to the street was closed, we decided to go back to the main road when this person approached us from the side.
