Way overpriced.
The experience was utterly unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in for warranty service due to critical issues: forward collision alert failure and startup problems. Despite these concerns, I received no proactive communication, only a terse text indicating my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was met by a group whose demeanor resembled that of a cartel. They attempted to coerce payment from me for purported software updates, exploiting the inability to bill labor for a supposedly non-faulty part.... read more
Extremely disappointed with the customer service and Jeep not addressing the issues (that was caused by their negligence) that put myself and family at risk when driving.
