Way overpriced.
The experience was utterly unacceptable. I brought my vehicle in for warranty service due to critical issues: forward collision alert failure and startup problems. Despite these concerns, I received no proactive communication, only a terse text indicating my vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was met by a group whose demeanor resembled that of a cartel. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and Jeep not addressing the issues (that was caused by their negligence) that put myself and family at risk when driving.
