The reception staff are fantastic. They always manage to assist me with being seen quickly. They are very understanding and compassionate. Nina is wonderful. I felt instantly calm and relaxed in her presence. I always leave feeling assured and like I’ve got a plan moving forward. Highly recommended!
Just another mostly useless referral service, in a very expensive and underused facility. I too can google. A good place for tea and sympathy, but not too often, because the weakness in the service starts to show on return visits. Have a strong impression that they dont like it when you pop up again, because being people who refer, they dont know what to do with you second time around. Lacking vision, direction, professional input, and committment to clients. Dead in the water. My heart breaks.
