Lied to on phone as to what can be provided. Need their clicks to get people through the door for funding I assume. You rock up and wait for a walk in service trapped listening to whale music and incense like your trapped in the 80's. Rude, uncaring manager, staff all graduates, training or 'peer suport' meaning no qualifications. Sadly what ever this is meant to be Google would save you the travel time.
Waiting area smells like hot steaming garbage and staff have obviously never seen or dealt with anyone in crisis. If you're feeling suicidal, they will happily push you over the edge
The people who work there put in the effort and dedication needed to help those who want it. I used to be in the mindset that services like this could never get me out of the deep illness I was in, I’m happy to be wrong and have become so much better. Thank you so much to Danielle and Erin.
The reception staff are fantastic. They always manage to assist me with being seen quickly. They are very understanding and compassionate. Nina is wonderful. I felt instantly calm and relaxed in her presence. I always leave feeling assured and like I’ve got a plan moving forward. Highly recommended!
