Tara and Justine are great people who genuinely understood the level of discomfort I was in with both my ears blocked. They were able to squeeze me in for a walk-in appointment, which genuinely saved me so much time and effort! Beyond that, it was comforting throughout the whole microsuctioning process as Tara was telling me what she was doing and how she was doing things, and constantly checking in to make sure i experienced no pain. Overall the team is great here and would recommend!!!
