Five star service throughout. I booked my 2014 3Series in for a service and vehicle check today. I checked in, was offered coffee and then a courtesy ride home. Once the car was ready I was picked up again and taken back to BMW. The staff were friendly, informative, and explained the process and what had been done from start to finish. Travelling down from Sydney and touring around Tasmania my BMW GS Adventure displayed a “check oil warning”. Playing it safe I decided to call into the local BMW Motorrad dealer in Launceston for some assistance. Jesse was incredibly helpful organising an oil top up and having me on my way in no time.
