Can't speak highly enough of both David and Nick. Were so helpful in organising everything in my purchasing of my BMW F900XR motorbike. Special touch of having my bike in the showroom covered when I came to pick it up was cool (Thanks Nick). So friendly and informative it was just like talking to your best mate. Follow up phone call a couple of days later to check on what I thought of the bike and if any problems was also great. Great bike and top job from you guys. Thanks.
I was having some issues finding some information on the upcoming GS Trophy motorbikes event and went in to see Nick (recently moved over from car section) at the Launceston branch. He got back to me promptly with all of the info and followed up multiple times to see how I went with it, or if I had any other questions. You just don’t get that type of service anywhere these days. A great experience and highly recommend dealing with Nick.
Excellent service without the cheesy car salesmen. I felt looked after and was a hassle free sale. Can’t wait to pick up my John Cooper mini tomorrow.
