Dr Steven was a very thorough, no nonsense doctor. Our daughter was incredibly distressed and we were travelling from interstate. The hospital wait was horrendous and the Admin Officer referred us to Dr Steven. He was incredibly thorough, very knowledgeable and took the time to understand her symptoms and support her medical needs. We were very grateful for his attention to detail. And the dogs? Very helpful receptionist who fitted my husband in even though it was close to closing time. The Doctor was very thorough in his consult & he explained in detail what we needed to do once eye drops were prescribed. He wanted my husband to ring on Sunday to check how he was faring. Such care is exceptional. We loved seeing his dogs and felt very comfortable in his care.
Absolutely rude receptionist! Abrupt on the phone the first time. I thought I'd try again later (for my elderly mum) and she said "hold the line" then hung up on me. Line was busy after that! Disgraceful.
