Very poor customer service. Their website says they remove debris from the pool before closing. I called to ask why my pool hadnt been closed properly with leaves removed and the manager basically told me off. There are lots of other pool companies in the city and this one falsely advertises their services and talks to you in a rude and condescending tone. I really do not recommend using their services.
Another great experience with ML Pools — this time, a new pool cover. Excellent communication, a fair quote and quality work (this time, with Steve working solo). The combo of a new liner, filter and cover has totally transformed our pool area. Thanks ML!
Im overdue to write a review of these guys. We enjoy our inground pool a lot and when it was time to replace the liner we started shopping around for quotes. I got on a local facebook group and asked for recommendations and ML Pools was overwhelmingly recommended so I gave them a call. Thank you to the Steve and his amazing team! We hired them to fix our pool, that was in dire straights. They worked diligently, were always friendly, and simply a pleasure to deal with.
When our 22 year old pool was losing 2.5 inches of water a day, we knew it was time for a liner replacement! I engaged with three local companies for quotes. One wanted $125 for a site visit to quote the job (which would be deducted from the final quote if they got the job). The second quoted without seeing the pool @ $1000 more than ML Pool.
