I used ML pools for opening, closing, pump replacement, salt conversion etc. for almost 20 years. The service has always been great and reliable. This year they came through for us again when we had an unfortunate liner failure this spring (pictures of before during and after below). They made the ordering process simple and even though this is busy season for them, they got our pool up and going before end of May. Simply awesome!

We needed a new liner for our pool. After reaching out to several pool contractors, ML Pools was quick to respond with detailed estimate that was very competitive. After speaking with Steve and watching him take the measurements for the liner I had confidence that I had chosen the right contractor. Very poor customer service. Their website says they remove debris from the pool before closing. I called to ask why my pool hadnt been closed properly with leaves removed and the manager basically told me off. There are lots of other pool companies in the city and this one falsely advertises their services and talks to you in a rude and condescending tone. I really do not recommend using their services.

Another great experience with ML Pools — this time, a new pool cover. Excellent communication, a fair quote and quality work (this time, with Steve working solo). The combo of a new liner, filter and cover has totally transformed our pool area. Thanks ML!
