Im overdue to write a review of these guys. We enjoy our inground pool a lot and when it was time to replace the liner we started shopping around for quotes. I got on a local facebook group and asked for recommendations and ML Pools was overwhelmingly recommended so I gave them a call. Thank you to the Steve and his amazing team! We hired them to fix our pool, that was in dire straights. They worked diligently, were always friendly, and simply a pleasure to deal with.
When our 22 year old pool was losing 2.5 inches of water a day, we knew it was time for a liner replacement! I engaged with three local companies for quotes. One wanted $125 for a site visit to quote the job (which would be deducted from the final quote if they got the job). The second quoted without seeing the pool @ $1000 more than ML Pool. This was our first experience with ML pools and I highly recommend them! Steve helped us with a pump issue and walked us through the steps to fix the problem. Service booking was easy and we were grateful to be squeezed in on a Saturday.
ML Pools have been so wonderful in helping us with our liner replacement, water testing and opening and closing of our pool every season! We had a ton of questions as new pool owners and they take their time to answer them. They have been honest and reliable in guiding us to make the right decisions for our pool!
