Dr. Laughlin swiftly and competently treated my acute urinary retention with a Foley catheter, and correctly diagnosed the cause as benign prostatic hyperplasia (aka enlarged prostate). Her demeanor was impassively serious throughout the procedure, but she took time to answer my questions and even gave me a hug after I thanked her for saving my life—which was no exaggeration. I will be grateful to her for the rest of my days.

Misty Laughlin is one of the most incompetent and disrespectful "doctors" I've ever had to deal with in my life. Not only does she have no idea how to analyze a situation outside of the very few books she's read, she is dismissive, egotistical, and disrespectful to her patients. If anyone reading this has the misfortune of attending the ER of St. Lukes where this person works, I most highly recommend immediately asking if there is another doctor on duty.

Thank you for treating my son against your will, however, next time please include respect. Also, please re-educate your self on the topic of vaccines and do not just buy into propaganda that temporary, vaccine induced antibody production would be better than natural lifetime immunity. Do not judge a book by it's cover as I am college and self-educated and would never told to your tactics of fear and disrespectfulness. I pay your bills.
