I wish this review were better. Do not choose this team as your mediators. They simply don’t do what they say. Unfortunately, it amounts to them not preparing properly for meetings, then blaming their clients. In my case, both parties were unsatisfied with their professionalism; it’s sorely lacking as they choose what to do and what not to do, instead of guiding the discussion as there true professionals one might expect.
