Absolutely the best care you’ll get! Rebecca at the front desk is friendly and not only a great person but very efficient and knowledgable. Dr Laughlin is top notch! Very dedicated and will truly take his time to explain everything. I did not feel rushed out of the office ever. All my concerns and questions were addressed. Outstanding Dr. Mclaughlin and his staff. Very friendly and warm welcoming and it makes you feel comfortable seeing them for the first time. The care I received was excellent. I almost was sad , when my visit were complete. Million thanks to Dr. Mclaughlin and his staff. Forever grateful

Both times I went in for a 9am appointment, and he didn't get there until about 9:30. The first time, I was his 3rd patient and I didn't see him until 10:45. The second time, I was his first patient and was seen at 9:35. On the first appointment, he asked me a few questions multiple times. He seemed like he had no memory of asking me the first time. And they were simple things like how long the problem had been there, and if I'm diabetic. It made me concerned about his ability as a doctor. I don't know how he is as a surgeon... read more
