Outstanding Dr. Mclaughlin and his staff. Very friendly and warm welcoming and it makes you feel comfortable seeing them for the first time. The care I received was excellent. I almost was sad , when my visit were complete. Million thanks to Dr. Mclaughlin and his staff. Forever grateful

Both times I went in for a 9am appointment, and he didn't get there until about 9:30. The first time, I was his 3rd patient and I didn't see him until 10:45. The second time, I was his first patient and was seen at 9:35. On the first appointment, he asked me a few questions multiple times. He seemed like he had no memory of asking me the first time. And they were simple things like how long the problem had been there, and if I'm diabetic. It made me concerned about his ability as a doctor. I don't know how he is as a surgeon... read more

During our initial consultation I was able to be with my wife who was the patient. After the surgery, our first follow up we were told that I couldn’t accompany my wife during the appointment. EVERY PATIENT DESERVES TO HAVE AN ADVOCATE PRESESNT DURING MEDICAL CARE! If to do over again we would definitely find a different doctor.

I was referred to Dr Laughlin for minor surgery. During the appointment scheduling process, a mistake happened and the appointment wasn't getting set. Mistakes happen but instead of facing the mistake and correcting the problem, the office manager chose to fabricate the lie that I cursed her. I never have cursed a health professional, did not in this case, and don't plan to in the future. Very unprofessional. Anyone with that mentality should not be in health care.
